• Bachelor Degree in related field
• Able to speak and write English
• Honest, patient, hard-working and able to work under pressure
• At least one year experience in related field
Job Description:
• Handle and manage customer service team, security and cleaning department
• Coordinate with sale team, other internal teams, suppliers to ensure the customer's requirements are met
• Response and ensure the customer enquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner
• Check and edit the weekly, monthly and outstanding report
